The First Amendment to the United States Bill of Rights prohibits the making of any law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.  Read about the U.S. Bill of Rights at the National Archives website.

This site has been created primarily to support the grievances of those who have dealt, or are dealing, with injustice at the hands of the City of Santa Clara, its employees, and police department.  Much of the third party information found on this site is redistributed either by permission, by creative commons license, or gathered from publicly accessible domains intended for public consumption.
