ACLU Provides Free Mobile App to Record Police Interactions

Both the California and U.S. Supreme Court has validated your right to video and audio record every interaction with police to include DUI checkpoints, any stop on the street, in a public establishment, or at a residence. Police cannot order you to stop recording nor can they confiscate your device (smartphone, tablet, etc) without an official warrant. The ACLU of Northern and Southern California has launched their Mobile Justice App that automatically stores and preserves recordings for free, here is their App: https://www.mobilejusticeca.org/
